CE100 is a track mounted Diamond Core Rig that was built in 2013. It has had a major rebuild completed in 2022. Operating hours at rebuild was 620 hrs. The rig has been fully re-engineered and made to conform with Critical Control Safety Compliances for drill rig operations – our drilling equipment is maintained to the highest standards. NDT testing completed at time of rebuild.

It runs a new CT14 Hydraulic operating system that is user friendly and is maintenance interchangeable with readily available parts. Versatile and manoeuvrable with operator remote control handheld console. NQ, HQ, PQ Drilling capabilities. Up to date safety stop systems including safety cage lockout rotation and handheld remote emergency stop that shuts rig down, not just to turn off signal. Ease of maintenance in all aspects of servicing and change out of parts.

Engineered and compliant hand rail and walkway system and access ladders. Full lighting for N/S operations. Certified FOPS on driller platform. Running new Danfos Primary Hydraulic pump at >3500 psi direct from John Deere 127hp-165hp engine.

5.7 tonne main winch has been added with a certified 16mm winch rope. A new AMC main water pump <1000 psi with a PRV valve set @750 psi. New Stryker 45ltr Certified Fire Suppression system installed. A UDR Rod Spinner has been engineered into mast structure for hands free operation of tripping rods. A hydraulic operated Breakout Spanner allows for breakout of rod joins or subs. Tungsten inserts interchangeable on Breakout Spanner. UDR Foot clamp assembly added for ease of maintenance and clamping of rodstring.
